We collect as little as we can. You browse without an account, there are no ad trackers on this site, and payment never happens here.

Effective date:

Temporary policy. This page is a working draft written to match how we sell today. It will be reviewed and replaced. Questions about it can be sent to us at any time.

The short version

Your bag lives only in your own browser. We do not see it until you send us your order. The website does not ask for your address.
You place an order by messaging us on WhatsApp or Instagram. We use what you send to complete and ship your order.
We pass your name, shipping address and phone number to our shipping carriers, , so they can deliver your package.
Payment is arranged directly with our team, never on this website. The site does not ask for or store card or bank details.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Who we are

This website is operated by ("Westudioamerica", "we", "us"), . This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this site, contact us or buy from us. It applies to this website and to orders placed through our WhatsApp and Instagram accounts.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Order details: the items, sizes and quantities in your order, and any note you add (for example an event date or alteration request).
Contact and identity details: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number or Instagram username, and email address if you share it.
Shipping details: your shipping address and phone number for delivery.
Payment confirmation: when you pay our team directly, we keep a record that payment was made (amount, date and method). We do not collect full card numbers through this website.
Messages: anything else you tell us in a message, such as sizing questions, return requests or photos of an item.

Information collected automatically

Server logs: our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records technical information when your browser requests a page, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Browser storage on your device: the site saves your bag and the optional order form fields in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you come back. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. See Cookie preferences.

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or social media plugins on this website. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.

Sensitive information

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health information or precise geolocation. Please do not send it to us.

How we use it

To confirm, prepare, ship and support your order, including returns, exchanges and alterations.
To reply to your questions and keep a record of our conversation about your order.
To arrange and confirm payment, and to keep the business, tax and accounting records the law requires.
To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
To send you marketing messages, only if you ask to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only what each one needs:

Professional advisers and authorities	Only what is necessary.	Accountants, lawyers or authorities when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety.

If the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, and have not done so in the past 12 months.

How long we keep it

We keep order, payment and shipping records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and handle returns, and then for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to 7 years). Messages stay in the WhatsApp or Instagram conversation until you or we delete them. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period. Data saved in your browser stays there until you clear it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the state you live in (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:

Know and access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy in a portable format.
Correct information that is inaccurate.
Delete personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and profiling. We do not do any of these, but you may still submit an opt-out on the Do Not Sell or Share page.
Appeal our decision if we decline your request, by replying to our response. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.

How to make a request: email or message us on WhatsApp () or Instagram (). Tell us what you are asking for and how we can reach you. We will verify your request by matching it to the details from your order (for example your order reference and phone number) and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is allowed to act for you. You can review and update the details for an open order at any time by messaging us.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and no third parties collect personal information about your online activity on this site. Because of that, a Do Not Track signal does not change how the site works. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.

Marketing messages

We only send marketing emails or messages if you ask to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and we process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. You can also stop marketing messages on WhatsApp or Instagram by telling us. Order and service messages are not marketing and will continue while your order is open.

The newsletter sign-up in the footer is not yet connected to an email service, so no email addresses are currently stored from it.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not sell or share information about anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order records is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send card numbers or passwords in messages. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page. For material changes, we will post a notice on the website before the change takes effect and, for open orders, tell you in your order conversation.
